The office is open to see clients from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and also by arrangement outside these hours with individual therapists as they are available.

Scheduling an Appointment

Please call us at 614-436-5030 to schedule an appointment. Our intake coordinator will return your call as soon as possible, to answer your questions and conduct an initial phone screen with you. You will be asked to revisit this website to complete the “Forms,” and to establish an account on our electronic medical record portal, prior to your first appointment.

We conduct sessions both by video and in person, depending upon clinician and client availability, preferences, and needs. 

Payment and Insurance

We are contracted providers ("in network") with several insurances, including Ohio Healthy (the Ohio Health Group plan), Ohio PPO Connect, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Aetna, and Cigna.  We are "out of network," that is, we have no contract with, United Healthcare and Anthem BC/BS plans.  If we are "out-of-network" for your insurance plan, we can still see you on an "out-of-network" basis. This means you pay us in full at the time of service, and then we submit an out-of network claim on your behalf, or provide you with the necessary documentation to do so, to request reimbursement to you from your plan.
